This desk was built in 2015, long before launching Five Pack Studios. It’s simple plywood & poplar construction with layers of wood dye and gel stain to color match the different components, and produce the red mahogany and polished piano look.
All front front facing visible edges are trimmed with steam-bent solid oak. This is also the very first use of our logo.
The Keyboard tray is made of poplar to remain light enough for easy movement with all the peripherals installed.
It’s able to move around freely to face the side monitors directly, raise up high enough for standing use, and be tucked away safely underneath.
